The dream and the bluebird


The covering (a false me) that smothers and misrepresents who we truly are. My disturbing childhood dream that pointed toward this phenomenon, and became an increasingly true picture of the issue that faces all of mankind. The Bluebird, a poem by Charles Bukowski, echoes the cry of many a soul. “there’s a bluebird in my heart, that wants to get out…”
